By accessing or using Kaladyn ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kaladyn.
Kaladyn is an AI digital executive assistant that provides news intelligence, calendar management, AI-powered phone calling, email triage, travel planning, knowledge search, and administrative automation. The Service includes personalized news feeds, document analysis, content summarization, pre-meeting briefs, proactive alerts, and related features delivered through our web application and API.
Access to Kaladyn requires an account. During our private beta period, accounts are available by invitation only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

The Service, including its design, features, code, and curated content, is the property of Kaladyn and is protected by intellectual property laws. Content you upload remains yours. By uploading content, you grant Kaladyn a limited license to process and analyze it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be communicated at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
The AI phone calling feature includes a monthly allocation of calling minutes. Usage beyond the included allocation is billed at a per-minute rate. Current rates are displayed in your account settings.
Kaladyn aggregates and summarizes content from third-party sources and performs AI-assisted tasks including phone calls, email triage, and travel planning. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information or actions performed by the Service. AI-generated content, summaries, and phone conversations may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying information and confirming AI-assisted actions before relying on them for decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaladyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
